The "Arrow" trials

Aug. 15th is the Arrow/Six Flags court case.

What will happen???

Will the bankrupty court make Arrow give over the "rights" to 4D to Six Flags or allow S&S to buy Arrow (Or will that be a seperate trial?).

Well I'm not a lawyer, but I am a DJ. So I suggest that they go to a club, have some drinks, and shake their asses all night. (Then wake up in the morning with a hangover and act like nothing ever happened!)

How do you know the issues between Arrow and Six Flags haven't already been worked out?

Besides, the claim that they would have any rights to the intellectual property is just stupid. I mean, I drink Coke, am I entitled to the formula?

That store sucks. They have shirts and all sorts of other stuff but they don't even have the Arrow logo on them! Boy, I hope everything works out and Arrow lives on! We need more 4Ds!!!

Yeah, the store is pretty bad. I can't find one piece of clothing or anything with the Arrow Logo on it. I actually wanted to buy an Arrow hat (tan with the arrow logo on the front), but I guess I wont be doing that.

Um, you know that you have a selection for what goes on the hat. IE, the Arrow Logo, it would be idiotic of them to sell merchandise that doesn't have something related to Arrow on it.

What are you talking about? All the clothing and hats have the option to choose how you want the logo on them...either the full logo, just the text, or the stylized "a"...

I think they want to see the logo actually on the shirt, but they don't show it. I think the company is a higher grade CafePress... I like the quality of their products.
