Thanks Jeff.

I just got home from CoasterBuzzCon. I just wanted to say thanks to Jeff, Stephanie, and the PKI staff. What an amazing event. It was greatly appreciated.

Hey man. Wanna buy some weed? Crack? Freepass on Millennium Force? I got the hook up...

Couldn't agree more. Thanks Jeff and PKI for putting the event together. Beautiful day (although a little muggy), good food, great coasters, fun times and last but not least...the flyers rule.

No no... thank you for being there. I have to do a final count, but it looks like we had about 77 people total. Given a few that didn't stay, and the fact that we managed to fill almost all of Tomb Raider (for two rides ;)), I'd say that sounds about right!

Jeff Siebert and the PKI team really deserve the thanks. We seriously got hooked up. Can't wait to write the TR for this one!

Jeff, thanks for the great event, it was a great way to end a 3 day 5 park marathon. It was the most fun I have ever had in an amusment park. It finally puts a face on everyone on the boards, and several became good friends. Thanks!!

Any idea of when a next event like this might occur?

Oh, how I wish I could have been there! My girlfriend was moving back to Germany for college, so I had to be there for her, but otherwise PKI would have been the place to be! I'm glad everyone had a blast and it seems like everything went pretty well. I was so worried that the lines would be bad and we would have a lot of angry enthusiasts leaving the park, but this sounds pretty great so far. Hope to see some TRs soon! Great work PKI, Jeff, and everyone else who had a hand in it(including the members that went to make the event what it was)! Here's to number 2 being just as if not more successful!

It was a terrific event. Thnak you Jeff, and thank you to PKI for being terrific hosts.

This was my second convention, and I have to say that Coasterbuzzers feel like a family. I've enjoyed meeting so many of you. (Or us? I'm not sure how to say that... :))

This was truly a great day at PKI. I will be at the next coasterbuzzcon for sure, no matter where it is at.

Thanks to Jeff Siebert and the PKI team! I truly have a new appreciation for Kings Island.

Short Lines, Coasterbuzzers, ERT, Food, Coasters, and Free Stuff. What could be better then this?

I fool so feelish....

I totally agree, Jeff and PKI, It was agreat event and Thanks.

This would have to be the quote of the day, " We didn't get wet you all"......30 seconds later you hear plop, then splash!!!!

-------------
Welcome back riders, hope you've enjoyed your ride, push down and then pull up on your lap bars and exit to your right, walk down the exit ramp and enjoy the rest of your day here at Paramount's Kings Island. (And We Did!!)

Man, I had to miss it this year because of starting a new job. It wouldn't look good on me if I told them right off the bat that I had to have some days off. They'd laugh at me and hire someone else. You can bet your sweet a__ that come January I'll be coming up with another 20 spot and join the Buzz again and join everyone at all the festivities next season. For now I gotta be kinda laid back and just get in my usual parks and get going in this new job. They hired me part time and I'm hoping like hell it will work into full time. for now I gotta work two jobs just to get buy. forgive me for rambling but it's early morning and I can't sleep. I just hope everyone here on the Buzz is having a blast for me too since I can't be at the club outtings which is really bumming me out. Have fun for me and ride some coasters will ya everyone? Be cool like you all already are. love ya all!

Beer, my soon to be wife, coasters, and the FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Is this a great country or what!!

You'd better believe I'll attend the next CBCon! Even my non-enthusiast husband had a great time, and unlike his first ride on The Beast in the morning, thoroughly enjoyed the nighttime ERT on FoF, TR:TR and The Beast.

I wanted to add my thanks to Jeff for making this happen (and the PKI employees who really made the visit an outstanding one). I'm only sorry that my brother and I were too busy enjoying our first visit to PKI to think about joining a group of Buzzers around the park, but with any luck, that'll happen next time! I'll be sure to get and wear a CoasterBuzz shirt to make that easier. :)

Let me tack on my thanks as well to both Jeff and Stephanie for all of the time and effort they put into getting all of this together!

Thanks also to Jeff Siebert and the rest of the park's staff for being so friendly and enthusiastic throughout the day (and for the extra "surprise" that night).

I also appreciate STChick, Kicks the Sky, Robobud, Arrow Guy, and others whose screen names escape me (sorry), for letting me join them for lunch. And lumpy72 for leading the side trip from lunch over to LeSourdsville...getting a ride on the Screechin' Eagle was amazing!

All in all, it was definately worth the 1200+ mile round trip drive from Arkansas and back...and I can't wait to do it again next year!

I'd like to take a small portion of this space to thank you Jeff for putting up with all my stupid emails (did my Express Mail package get there yet? LOL)

I made a lot of new friends and all in all Coasterbuzz became a little more "personal" if you all know what I mean! It wasn't just words on a screen anymore for me, it was actually riding rides and having a blast with people I've seen only in print before. I kinda wedged myself into a group of you all when we went around to the various rides. I hope I didn't bug you all too terribly much. I just felt like I was part of something for once in a long time. (I must admit though, for the longest time I really felt like a 5th wheel.)

Going to parks alone stinks in allot of aspects, like just the simple fact of being alone and not having anyone to talk to. Ganging up with people that had the same interests as I do really made it feel like a whole new experience. Thanks to all of you who made me feel included and made me see what it was like to encounter a park through the eyes of a true enthusiast. Count me in for the next round!!

.....gotta say it, highest level of enthusiasm I've seen outside of Santa Claus and Elysburg. Stephanie, Jeff, Jeff, and the whole gang at PKI, you guys ROCK! Walkback, great lunch, ERT, fantastic gifts, great folks, and did I mention we got some frequent "flyer" miles....:).

Note for flyer newbies: Two people makes it MUCH harder to snap.....but once you "pop", you just can't stop.....

So that explains it...with my hubby as big as he is (6'5", 260 lbs) and I both in the same tub, we couldn't get ours to "pop".
