More importantly, the movie is amazing, fresh, funny, smart, touching, and just a great satire overall. It's about a father that works for the tobacco industry trying to do his job and still set a good example for his son. Aaron Eckhart, William H. Macy, Maria Bello, Robert Duvall, Katie Holmes, Rob Lowe, and Adam Brody star in the movie. Sometimes movies with star-y casts fall flat, but this one uses each in the best ways. It's up there with V for Vendetta as my favorite movie of the year, so here's my excuse to beg people who haven't heard of it or delayed seeing it already to go. It sold out all three screens of my local independent theatre tonight, so word's getting out there. Enjoy!

What I really loved about the movie was its unflinching political incorrectness, especially during the MOD scenes, and that it took potshots at everyone without taking sides. Add to that an outstanding script, acting, and directing and you have a real winner.
If anyone goes to see this movie make sure you plan time for coffee after so you'll have time to discuss it. It's been two weeks since I've seen it and it still resonates with me.
