Texas Parks

I go to SFOT two or three times a year. Its a definite to go to. SFFT is my next pick. Very unique. Not alot of roller coasters but who cares, the ones they have are very good esp. Superman Krypton Coaster. VERY GOOD SIX FLAGS PARK!!! Astroworld is a yes and no. Decent amount of coasters but nothing real new and different. But if you have the SF season pass then I would go especially if you go down to San Antonio.

I'll make sure to pack a lot of CD's for this trip! =) LOL
My high school's marching band is going to San Antonio on April 23-27. We're marching in the Fiesta Flambou (sp?) parade and going to SFFT and Schlitterbahn. I can't wait. From all the good things I've heard about these two parks, I positive I'll have a good time. Too bad SFFT never got that rumored B&M Flyer, but oh well.

Weight lost to ride more coasters......90lbs
Astroworld has some rides that could definitely be construed as different. We've got the only stand up, suspended, shuttle loop, and pipeline coasters anywhere around here (anywhere in the country as far as Ultra-Twister goes). Astroworld also still has the only installation of S&S's Sky Swatter which was new for 2003.

It's probably worth your while to check out Houston's new downtown Aquarium restaurant as well (which has a number of interesting rides in addition to a ton of fish).
