We've all had our fair share of laughs at the ridiculous rumours that have come and gone. We've certainly mocked some of the more outlandish ones with parodies of the "OMG I its a 400FT *SUSPENDED* WOODIE!!!!111" variety.
Just because you have a patent doesn't mean that you have to make what you had patented. They just don't want anyone else to make it and they have the money to prevent someone else from trying.

Exactly! I could patent my machine that translates the voice of God. Doesn't mean I'll make one or that it will work but, if someone else goes on a 3 day, psychotropic drug binge and comes up with the same idea I did, I plans to gets paid!
My question is, How do you keep from breaking the track from stress as the whole weight is being suspended by half the track with no supports under it. I could see the track itself snapping and causing great damage.
Intimidator 305 the tallest most hated coaster nobody has ever ridden...
That thing looks terrible. I'm all for artistic expression but I can't see how that would sound like a good idea to anyone. Why someone would waste the time and money on something that clearly makes no sense whatsoever is beyond me.
Pleasured railway? What the hell were the riders doing to the railway? Sounds like it wasn't a family attraction. Walt Disney would have been disgusted.
