Terrible Dream! - CoasterBuzz

Last night I had absolutely the worst dream. I dreamt I was watching the news. I couldn't hear what was being said, but I saw Goliath at SFMM. They showed a train entering the midcourse brake then derailing. It was strange because the wheels and the rest of the chassis stayed connected to the track. It was the cars themselves that became separated and crashed into Colossus.

The stranges part of the whole dream was the fact that Colossus was reopened a short time after it happened.

hmmmm.....

My coaster dreams never have the right layout. Like I dreamt about Hypersonic, but there was a turn before the hill, and I've dreamt about MF, but it wasn't even close to the same layout. And S:ROS SFA, etc etc. and almost always the night before the trip. Weird.

I had a dream that the Beast brakes failed but to a much bigger extent then what happened in the 2001 season with a "bump".

I had a dream is "Crashed" as in burn fire.

I once dreamt of one of my friends skateboarding Nitro while I was on it then the restraints failed and I got flung off it the second hill. But Im not sure why that happened. Any dreams that involve coasters never seem right when you wake up anyway.

My dreams are always the same way. The track layout is never the same. There is always something different about them. However, I can't remember any of my dreams and its been a while since I have had one!

I had a dream that I was riding X and the restraints opened and I was flug hundreds of feet into the air somehow and then landed on one of thos spiked fences, OUCH!

I had a dream that I was riding Deja Vu and the train derailed on the second tower and flew right up and over it. But somehow I was fine and I went on to ride X....

Oh what the heck! The only park related dream I can remember was riding my beloved Tidal Wave at Great America. Though everything seemed normal, we kept moving until the train broke through the end bumper. I don't think it even landed.....it was one of those "falling" dreams. Funny how I can't play a game of RCT without rocketing a Schwarzkopf shuttle clear across the park!

Model coasters and rides

I had a dream I rode Mr.Freeze @ SFOT for my first time , and this dream was before I rode it. Anyways we were going up the Vertical Spike, and all the sudden I was catapulted out of the ride strait up in the air and landed in a field outside next to the park. and once I landed I looked back and watched the train reverse back down the spike. I was not hurt, but I was only woried about how I would get back into the park to my Parents and my Sister. Then I woke up.

I had a dream I was on X and we didnt go up the chain lift we just sat there, then all of sudden we get launched up the chain lift, my chair flys off and I land on Nitro. Then I woke up.

I had a dream that i was on Nitro and I fell off!!!! I fell for like 2 hours them I hit the ground and woke up!

I had a dream once where I was at Cedar Point and I was with one of my friends riding MF. The station was all the same, but it was a wooden coaster, more like the Legend, weird because I have never been on the legend before.

For some reason everytime I have a dream about coasters it involves things going wrong with them. I also have some dreams about coasters changing like I can remember one where the great escape turned steamon' demon into a kiddie coaster for some reason.

I had a dream that I was on Roaring Rapids at SFGAm and my seat belt broke and I fell in the water..and I got taken under by the rapids..and I drowned..it was scary.

On the other hand, I had a really good dream last night. It was about how Cedar Pointopened up a new area in the park with no rides or paths. So, then they let peeps in it and there are all these red colored notecards everywhere. Everyone gets one and reads about CP's "mystery" ride. It turns out it was a 400 ft. tall 4-D adn it opened shortly after. Right when I got on, I woke up. It wasn't too cool....
