Does anyone know if NL v1.3 will come with Tia Lynn's Terraformer v 2.0? Is the new terraformer even done yet? Thanks in advance.

It's actually Terraformer v1.3. The game and the Terraformer share the same version numbers for convenience. But yes it is very close to being finished and will be included with the update.
