Tennessee governor expected to sign safety bill

Tennessee Gov. Bredesen is expected to sign a bill that lawmakers passed after June Alexander fell to her death from a ride at the Rockin' Raceway in March 2004. The bill requires annual inspections and a $1 million insurance minimum.
