tell the NEW YORK TIMES about ROBOCOASTER

I'm a freelance writer, working on an article for the Circuits section of the New York Times on RoboCoaster. I'd like to hear from people who have ridden the RoboCoaster. If you hae, please e-mail me (noahmax@inch.com) before 3pm EDT on Friday.

Thanks. Hope to hear from y'all soon.

The Robocoaster article appeared in yesterday's NY Times....Jill and I were even quoted - very briefly, esp. for me...I'm typically quite wordy...;)

Really good article...Congrats, Noah! :)

Ugh...I hate roller coaster simulators. Give me the real thing even if it's only a kiddie coaster.

How does robocoaster simulate a launch?
Or the feeling of speed? Or height?

Not saying I don't desperately want to ride, but I remain skeptical.

Robocoaster is not a coaster simulator. Actually, it doesn't really simulate anything that I can think of. It just tosses people in different directions, very rapidly and in a smooth manner. I found it to be quite fun but its not something for everyone.
