I saw it on the news, and it actually looked like a Roll-o-Plane type ride to me.

Incidentally, the link makes no reference to the four people who were stranded on the ride and had to be treated for Hypothermia.

If it is a Fabri Booster though, that's definately got me feeling a whole lot more nervous after riding one this summer at my local fair. I'd really appreciate if anyone could find more details on what ride and what the acutally incident was, since there's a huge lack of details in this story.

The ride was a Fabri Booster. The latest word is that the girl fell from the ride, although it is not clear from what height. The owners have said that there was nothing wrong with the ride or the restraints system. *** This post was edited by tallguy on 10/19/2002. ***
