Teen arrested for allegedly vandalizing Haunted Castle at Santa Cruz

An unruly Stockton teenager allegedly vandalized the Haunted Castle, a ride that debuted at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk in June, causing the new attraction to briefly close for repairs, officials said. Reports say he caused $5,000 in damage by grabbing a prop and dragging it through the ride.

Sigh.. Yes if you read the entire thread one could see Gonch was going in a different direction I presumed. However in the context of responding (quoting) the originator and the replying what I quoted I interpreted it as he was telling the person "there's no way someone can allow themselves to be controlled"

SO.. I chimed in well actually there are cases that it could be.. Then he used the I hate black example (which im still baffled at that as an example but whatever).

So yes.. Believe it or not it is possible to read it another way.. Imagine that.. That said, a simple, "nah i meant it X way not Y" would have made me understand in a more reasonable fashion than the typical non witty remarks.
