Techno Trainer.....HELP!!!!

I downloaded the techno trainer off of danimation and I have the icon on the computer screen, buthow do I get it INTO the RCT game(actually CF now)?

It asks which program I want to use to exract it, and I have tried WinZip, but it doesn't work.
Please someone HELP!!!!

I think if you click on the trainers icon,A window should open up. Then turn on the game. I think the trainer should work...
