Tatsu layout

Usually a layout accompanies the animation of a new coaster but I don't ever recall seeing anything for Tatsu. Does anyone know where I might be able to find the layout for the coaster, or is that still something of a mystery?

I never saw a pic of the full layout. It isn't that hard to figure out what's going on with the video but a full lay-out pic would be nice, I agree.

You have to watch the video and decypher it for youself. It's kinda fun... kinda.

Welcome back, red train, how was your ride?!
I'm sure it is, but I'm lazy!
The Tatsu video actually shows three different views of each of the elements (i.e. three drop views, three corkscrews, three 0-g rolls, ect.) It is kindof annoying how they didn't give an overview rendering or anything though.
Given the lift hill starts at the top of the mountain, as a terrain coaster it looks amazing, definately unique. If the coaster makes it all the way down the moutain the elevation changes will be significant. Say what you will about Magic Mountains problems and it's coaster building additions; still this coaster has the potential of being fantastic. What's the coaster count at now, 17?
This should make 17. At which time, I feel obligated to mention "quality, not quantity." ;)
^Then I feel obligated to say STHU...rollseyes:O)~j/k

Going from the video the layout is First drop around skytower into a Massive outside flying corkscrew. Turn into the worlds first flying Zero g roll, dive into overbanked/Horseshoe turn. Diving overbanked turn, rise up and down into the 124 foot Pretzel loop. Out of the Pz loop into the inline twist, 180 turn over Valencia Falls hop up into the brake run.

I've heard a rumour that to save time and money - SF will make Tatsu head out in the loaded seating position!!

What the frick are you trying to say? That they are dispensing of the mechanicals in the station and making the seats rotate on the lift by means of some alternate device?

LOL, wouldn't that be something!

Not gonna happen.

To answer your question Rob, I don't believe a layout was ever released. The closest I could find is the below link, download the video and jump ahead to about the 3 1/2 minute mark. Shows 2 complete POV's, the second one follows the train throughout the layout:

I'm pretty confident that it was a joke.
