Tatsu construction continues at Six Flags Magic Mountain

Vertical construction is moving forward at Six Flags Magic Mountain as Tatsu's turn around has been partially erected. An additional piece of the corkscrew has also gone up and station work continues.

Additionally, Rapid's Camp Crossing has re-opened, allowing for an improved view of the ride's first half. Photos have been posted to ACN.

It seems like this coaster is taking an excessivly large amount of time to construct.
Well it's a very large coaster, taking up a very large area of the park that isn't on flat land. Seems to be taking a very normal time to construct to me.

I'm glad they are taking their time and doing it right.*** This post was edited by DWeaver 2/13/2006 2:52:33 PM ***

There were some days wiped out completely by the rain as well. And not only did they have to wipe out what was there before (gardens, orient express, some of the ground work around Sky Tower), but they took a chunk out of Revolution as well. It's probably the most diffifult coaster install they have done since Superman.
Yeah, this ride is the complete opposite of Scream...;)
Good progress...very hard to construct, it will be worth it when its finsished.

Not to mention a few of the footers had to be re-poured. Expect an April opening at the earliest.
