Dorney Park unveiled their new roller coaster Talon to the media Thursday. This new inverted roller coaster designed by Bolliger and Mabillard may not be the tallest or fastest, but it proves that you don’t have to be to deliver a great ride.
An article covering the opening, along with nine photos can be found on the Ultimate Rollercoaster.

the pics look great and its amazing to see the coaster actually getting that close to the ground. the trains look very cool as well
My mouth just begins to water looking at pictures of this coaster. I don't know what it is, but Talon looks absolutely delicious.
Like brownies and sushi mixed together!
CoasterConn will be great this year!
Ive ridden this ten times and I am stunned at how awesome it is! It is my favorite coaster! The OtSRs have claw marks on them too. It has so much airtime. This is a masterpiece.

One word---SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!

No Bad Coasters, Just Some Better Than Others.
I went to Dorney opening day excited about Talon but after I rode the middle i was very disapionted because it was so boring. I went back to sit in the back car which was ok but i also sat in the front which was great. Dont get me wrong i loved the front to Talon but it could have been better.
PS this is the smoothest quietest coaster i have ever been on
Hey wildcat how come i felt no airtime at all
When you dive under the lift hill there is tons of air. I don't know how you missed it. In fact, the ride has plenty of air. Every dip float you out of your seat like Apollo's Chariot. I don't think we rode the same coaster! j/k

I wish Valleyfair would have gotten Talon.
Hey WILDCAT do u happen to know whats up with Robin at Great Adventure its been down all season but the trains can be seen sitting in the junk yard from the bunny hills of Nitro. But i went to SFGA last weekend the trains were gone. They say it will be ready by summer but they seem to be in no hurry. I hope u can fill me in i would be very thankful.
ps when u rode it (looked at your track record)was it rough because the batman side is alot smoother this season. SFGA really fixed it up this winter
The talon was a Big disappointment. It was boring, short, and all it did was circle itself like the lazer .it was an okay coaster but the not the best by a long shot.I worked in dorney for 3 years and itz no suprise that this ride, once again is not what they make it seem.
I agree with you ice411 I rode the talon in the front row the talon was a huge disappointment. Its short and extremely boring. Its an ok coaster don't get me wrong its just not what I expected.
