TALON CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

I went to McDonalds right across from Dorney. I could see a tall red tower, not sure if it was a crane or something else, and there was another large crane sitting there too. It also looked like there was some stuff sitting in the parking lot near the site. It looked blue, so it could possibly be some of the supports.

Will update you as construction goes on!

I actually hear at work today there are some Ironworkers at Dorney now! So I imangine coaster steel is ariving at Dorney. I think the red thing you saw was probably the boom of a crane. From what I heard is that the job is well manned so I guess I won't be working on it this winter. Maybe I'll be at Hershey in 2002.

I went past Dorney again today. There are now 2 red towers, one is shorter than the other, and a regular crane. Also there are alot of big blue cylinders in the upper lot, they have to be the supports, but I still cant figure out what the red things are. Still no sign of track. I will try and update you guys at least once a week until Dorney starts their webcam!

Another quick update. I actually went past Dorney this time, before I was just at McDonalds. Those red towers are cranes and they are very tall. And the big blue cylinders are the supports. And still can't see any track. Also, they already changed the bilboard. It says :TALON the grip of fear. And it shows a train in the zero-g roll. That's all for now!
