taking little kids to PKI

I could leave them behind, but I wouldn't be able to stand it so I'm taking my daughters to PKI Saturday. They are 4 and 7 and can't ride all the coasters. It will just be me and them. Can little kids wait in line and then wait for you at the exit? I am trying to find a way to ride a few coasters. Has anyone been in this situation?

Yes, on most PKI rides there are "cages," or else they can wait outside of the exit.  I'd never trust either way, though.

Is anyone else going with you?  They will usually let one person ride while the other stays with the kids, and then let the other person ride.

Nope just me. But I think my kids are old enough to watch each other now and my oldest daughter will be riding all the coaster with a height restriction of 48" or less.
The way it works is that PKI has these speciality areas on the platform usually away from the exit (so noone else walks off with em) for kids. You just ask the attendant to put your kid in the cage and they will.

Yeah,I remember seeing the cages on Vortex and SOB.:)

Aside from that I just don't recall seeing them on the other coasters.:(

Cages? Someone please explain to me the concept behind this. This doesnt sound right. When I take my 7 year old daughter to SFGAm, I know going in that I wont ride the 54' rides. I wouldnt trust leaving my daughter alone and it would only make her upset seeing me board a ride without her.

"The Peoples Elbow" or "The Spinaroonie?. Cant decide which is the most electrifying move in sports entertainment!!! LOL
"Kiddie Cages" that just not right lol.

These "cages" that are being mentioned for kids are like play pens.  They are used for the child's safety mostly while the parents are riding the coasters.

I actually saw adults in those cages also.  They are basically a chain link fence cage for the kiddies to hang out in while the adults ride.  From what I remember they were placed by the exit and had a door that closes so the kids are safe.
