Take a Personal Day, Paula!

Seriously, you deserve it.

The time spent creating HoliHints, the chigger bites received trekking out to the construction site for photos, the hours (and annoyances) of replying to our questions and comments on Cbuzz--even at 2:30 AM the night before the announcement! You can be proud of your work, as your latest Holiblog entry proves. HW's PR machine is an integral part to making it the top park it is in the industry.

Thanks for the wild ride these past few months, and we can't wait to experience the next wilder ride.

Day off? I think she deserves a vacation (without chiggers of course). ;-)

The PRSA better recognize her at their next awards banquet! ;)

Oh come on now, how difficult is it to make a coaster geek drool? ;)

But it entirely something else when over 40,000 thrash a TV News website "just" for an announcement for what they are building next yer...

^^As difficult as pouring gravy...

Well thanks, Moosh. Actually, I quit my PRSA membership when they moved the time of year of their Travel & Tourism Conference from March to June. Can't get away in June...

The planets must not be aligned correctly...I would have loved to at least "sleep in" this morning -- but it's the cleaning lady's day, so I cleared out.

Plus I still have 154 emails to answer. I can't get it down ... I answer 10 and get 12 more. And an "opinion piece" for InPark magazine that's due today.

Job security, right?

Thanks for your concern...I get most of the month of December off, so I'm not complaining.

I would also like to add my many thanks to Paula. You do a great job and I know everybody here really appreciates that you take time to give us hints and respond to posts and questions here.

Shucks, it was fun (well, mostly...). :)

Conversely, I'd like to thank CBers for their enthusiasm and support -- it's been a wild ride!

But in Decemeber you need to respond to all the angry people wanting a Christmas event at Holiday World.

I guess this you you could tell them to go to PKI.

Why do you think I take the month off?

I'm in hiding! :)

You know you could always hire an intern to help. ;)

Bossstl - Wait in line! I put my request in for a job in the HW PR Dept. about half way through the last long thread. And Paula - I still live close by and I still hate the job I have.

Life is an amusment park -and I can't get off of the damn spinning teacups!
I say we start a National Raven Maven Day. Paula can be the honoree. :)

A day at the park is what you make it!

Will that be the next holiday themed section? ;-)

I'll throw my hat in for Paula getting plenty of credit for an unbelievable amount of effort over the past few months. My wife and family knows how hard it is to deal with an enthusiast, and Paula deals with thousands! (my wife commented earlier this week "Am I going to be hearing about HW every day until next summer?") I can't wait to actually catch you at the park sometime and thank you for all the effort in person! So far every time I've tried you've been out of the office. :( (she's avoiding the creepy Cincinnatian ;) We're weeeeeeird!)

Paula, would you consider yourself a coaster enthusiast yet? :)
