Ok i have Roller Coaster Tycoon and XP, I can only update using the swedish update and i have installed this same version on a 98 machine and it work fine under english, but if i install English on XP the 2K patch dosn't work! but the swedish one does!!! any ideas? Thankz
I have one idea that should work. Uninstall RCT. Remove all traces of it (which means you have to edit your registry, don't ask me how, I almost never do it myself, I'm afraid of touching anything in there. You can get to it by going to run and typing "regedit")
Next, reinstall RCT, then without running it, download the patch, patch it, and play. It should work.
