A public-private agreement to reinvent Playland Amusement Park officially cleared a hurdle Thursday — though a top lawmaker vowed that it would land in court. The Westchester County Board of Acquisition and Contract, as expected, voted 2-1 to endorse a 10-year management agreement with the nonprofit Sustainable Playland.

Litigation, as the fellow says, will not help Playland Rye. We already know the best parks out there are run by private corporations (Disney, Universal, Cedar Fair, etc). So what does this Jenkins hope to prove?
