Suspended Looping Coaster Question

I've read that SLC coaster cars swing slightly, hence the name, suspended, but can anyone verify this?
I don't think they swing at all, and if they did i sure didn't notice. But maybe i'm wrong.

From what I've heard and visually, what I can see. I think the cars are capable of swinging. There are dampers on the bogies that appear to be capable of limiting movement of the cars. It would make sense that Vekoma would do this as the B&M patent for the inverted roller coaster specifically states that the cars must be rigidly attached to the bogies. Having even a slight ability to flex would be enough to get around that.
