Superman Ultimate Flight

Does anybody know what the lines are like for Superman Ultimate flight in Georgia? Does the train cycle relatively fast through the loading process. I was just wondering because i'm going to be there soon.

Depends on a lot of factors. When I went during Spring Break, they had 3 trains running, less than 20 minute wait. On a Thursday in early June, they had 2 trains running out of one station, and there was an hour wait. Yesterday, 2 trains, 2 stations, 45 minute wait. They have slowed down a little from earlier trips, but as long as they keep the loading times down, it's a quick line...

I don't think so...Every time I've been this season, it ran from open till close with no more than the occasional 5 minute hiccup that comes with all coasters...

How fast does it take for the riders to be loaded into the trains? And are the over the sholder restraints like one regular sholder restraint and a seperate lap bar or just one piece?

We waited just over an hour on Saturday. They were running three trains in two stations. The restraints close in a single process of the OTSR and the leg restraint.

How does everyone like this ride?

S:UF had great capacity when I was there and I saw no break downs. I guess you can build a flying coaster with good capacity and no consistant problems!

pkifan4life: It is amazing. For me, it blows the Vekoma flyers away because it really allows you to enjoy the flying sensation. Also, the pretzel loop is one of the most intense coaster elements every created. It is strong! Smooth ride, lots of fun, no regular breakdowns :)

I would like to ride it, because on Batwing it didnt really feel like I was flying. The g's were too strong and I was not ably to lift my head up to look ahead of me.

I guess opinions do vary....I like the reliability of S:UF (knock on steel) and the new train design certanly seems to make the load/unload considerably faster. In terms of the ride itself, I'll take the Vekoma flyers for overall experience, there's just more to them. The pretzel loop was amazing, the best single elment on any B&M coaster, great intensity. But after that, it sort of....fizzled for me, no other interesting elements 'til the flip at the station.

A longer *tunnel* would've improved the ride....but not nearly as much as re-installing Viper so the loop intersected the pretzel loop.....I know, that's a LOT to ask, but hey, I'm just out to make the parks *perfect*, it's up to the businessmen and engineers to decide if it's feasible.....

I've never een on it but all I hear about it is they liked it and the pretzel loop is very strong. It sounds like a good coaster.
