Doesn't that interfere with SF's use of D.C. Comics, or are they (DCC) building their own park?

You can bet that either SF is connected to this or someone is paying DC Comics big bucks to use the Superman theme. I also seem to remember in the late 80's or early 90's there was talk of a planned "Batman" theme park for somewhere overseas, Spain or Japan I think, but that park never happened. It's a possiblity this one won't either.

Or maybe it's someone playing around with their own website.

That's a website that, if I remember correctly, was arranged a long while ago by a themed attraction enthusiast. . .

Basically, someone's very own pipe dream, a bit to add to a portfolio, and even some good experience.

That's all there is to it, I think.
