Superhero Celebration 3 (SFNE) - anyone else going?

Just curious as to whether I'll see any brother or sister Buzzers (Jayzus, that sounded so effing corny, didn't it? Slap me now to shut me up!). Any takers?

Count me in!

I only wish i could go. A whole summer without S:ROS!! Aaaahh! Seriously, I was hoping to get back up to MA to visit before the end of the year, but it looks like I'm stuck in Florida.

Yes, that's right. I live in the amusement capital of America and I'm pissed that I can't visit SFNE! Waaahhh!!

peace

Meeting calendar, folks.

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

Yeah, thanks Andy...last time I posted it to the meeting calendar, it went missing, and this was AFTER the rescheduled date was announced. I took your advice and put it back up, but we'll see how long it lasts. *** Edited 8/4/2004 5:29:40 AM UTC by pete4winds***

My wife, son, daughter, and I will be there. It will be our 1st time at the park. I am looking forward to seeing if SROS lives up to the hype.

We are also going to stop at the Lake, and take Boulder Dash for a few laps. I am really looking forward to it.

S:ROS absolutely lives up to the hype. I seriously doubt you'll be disappointed.

People keep saying that, but eventually it's not going to live up...

Everytime you say "It's the best ride anywhere, it totally lives up to the hype" you put it even further up on the pedastal. Eventually, it'll be out of reach.

Although, I would agree that in my 200+ credits, it's definitely my fav.

I'll agree there (key work being eventually), but I'll also agree that it's a phenomenal coaster. In my opinion, it's everything that other Intamins aren't, in everything from layout to location (can't beat the views of the Connecticut River from the lift). Besides, I used to race at the old Riverside Speedway (where S:ROS is now), so showing up to ride brings with it a little touch of nostalgia.
