It was a beautiful day Monday, and Monday night was the reason we spent that entire beautiful day at Six Flags Ohio. Superman actually "escaped," and was caught on camera.
Reports have been flowing in about these mysterious night testings for about a week, but until we saw it actually do its thing we really didn't understand what all the hype was about.
Now we know.
Latest insider park news from Boomtown to what caused the Villain's Valley is also available.
PS- the park will be ready by opening day and may actually be AHEAD of schedule with the new waterpark- scheduled to open by Memorial Day. The blur of action is becoming as clear as the multitude of adds on our television sets.
Holy mother of God! That's some crazy stuff!
Interesting seatbelt configuration. The dual buckles will do wonders for getting people of various sizes strapped in quickly. Those Intamin people are so darn clever.

I'm actually most looking forward to THIS ride, out of the new coasters at SFO.
Villain is a CCI woodie, so it'll be great. BKF is B&M, and I loved Medusa.
S:UE, however, is going to be a totally new experience.

If you're worried about the wait, the other two big newbies should shoulder a good bit of that. Plus, and I'm telling you as someone who has seen this thing DO its thing, this one may truly be worth waiting for. At least the thirty minutes it'll take compared to 'other' parks in the area.
(Encode big ol' smile)
Ahem...
