I know that there are some amusement park publications out there. Can anyone tell me what they are and how I can subscribe, OR if anyone gets them, how are they and what all do they cover?
My friend is afraid of E.T. (Yes, the little alien)
I dont know if this will help or not but it is worth a look at:
http://www.coasterbuzz.com/forums/thread.asp?ForumID=11&TopicID=20278 - Peabody has a good list of publications.
Hope it helps.

I was trying to subscribe to Amusement Today, and I realized it sends your credit card through a non-secure system. To make matters worse, it emails them the form you fill out, with your credit card info. Has no one informed them, that email *IS NOT* secure! I would actually subscribe, but I'm not doing it through the site. Do they have a snail mail way to subscribe?
A one that is not cold, is hardly a one at all.
e.w: its' right their on their website:
If you have any questions about these subscription plans, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 449-1402 (Outside U.S. and Canada: (646) 654-5549) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Hmm, who are you talking about?! AB probably isn't a great bet for the average enthusiast because we have stories more on the business side of things, no press releases, no fluff stories, no "Coaster 'A' is great," etc. However, if you want to learn more about, and keep up with, the workings of the worldwide park and American carnival markets it is a great investment.
who does not want a post to turn into an advertisement
