Never been to The Grove, but from all reports I've heard, attend this event if at  all possible.  I'll be at PPP for this event, but it got me thinking...any chance ACE or some other group could reserve the place for a day around SRM '02?  Seems like a perfect fit to me...

If the park is only open to the public for maybe three days, then how does the park stay alive? Where do they get money to run the park and pay it's employees?

Don't be fooled by the park's small size. The thrills are gigantic and the prices minuscule!

50 cent cotton candy is in fact quite a ripoff. Cotton Candy is made up of about 1 teaspoon of plain sugar, with about 1 tablespoon of colouring for every 60 lbs. It costs about 1 cent to make it lol!

The park looks pretty fun, and that woodie looks great. Although I am really  wondering how the management of the park think that they  can benefit more financially only opening the park a few days a year, as well as private functions, which might happen once or twice a week than having it open to the public all year round.

But colored sugar is sooooo much better than plain sugar!!

I urge everyone to attend that can. Tornado is a complete surprise......don't underestimate it's "moderate" size. The only thing I dislike is the newer padding on it.......I think those dividers grew a foot taller! Oh, and the back seat offers a unique experience.....a reminder of a great "Eagle" that currently sits SBNO not far away.....:( Unfortunately I may miss out on this one due to Knoebels......but that's not too unfortunate after all, is it! The Flyers are MINE, ALL MINE I TELL YOU!!!
