Steel Venom compared to the other Impulses

I don't know if this has been mentioned before but Steel Venom isn't an exact clone of the Second Generation Impules.

Here is a picture of V2 at SFGAM

Here is a picture of Steel Venom

Notice that Steel Venom has a smaller, tighter spiral towards the top of the structure. Its not as spread out as the Second Generation Impules. Also both spikes seem to be supported higher up compared to V2. Are these redesigns because of the problems they had with Wicked Twister?

It probably is safe to say that Intamin has learned a little something from *the WT experience*, and that additional support WILL be found on SV.

As for the beach appearing in the SV pics, isn't it possible that CF imported a couple million tons of sand to make it feel "beachy"....nah, probably not...;)
