No, you are not alone, Gonch. In my opinion, the only vote consumers really have when they disagree with the philosophies of a business, assuming they in fact understand said philosophies to begin with, is to take their business elsewhere.

If you don't want to support the business, don't spend your money there.

Beyond that, I would offer that providing positive reinforcement in an effort to deter perceived negative behavior doesn't seem to me to be a sound plan to begin with.

What the hell is all this rubbish? If you're going to come out here and start anonymously calling out people by name and criticize the way they run the business, as nothing but a customer at that, you've got problems. It's cowardly and lame.

And shame on any of you who will blindly fall into the "something stinks" mindset because some anonymous schmuck posted something on the Internet.
