Stations?

I've got the editor pretty well figured out, although I can't seem to ride the track in the simulator.  It says that at least one station is required...well, I do have at least one station.  Anybody else have the same problem?

Is your station long enough for the train?

Are you sure you have a station segment?  It will be brown colored when you have correctly changed it.

If you have more than 1 station, it will also not work.
How do you change the size of the track?? Like if you want a small section of any track, it overlaps itself. How do i fix that>?

Make sure that the control points don't overlap.  (the control points are the ones at either end of the white line that extends out from the selected vertex.)

How do you change a segment of track from one type to another? I.E. a normal track segment to lifthill or brake run or whatever else...

Select the track segment you wish to change.  Under the segment menu, choose which track segment you wish it to become.  Then use the Transform command.

Well...I have one piece (brown) station track.  The track is only set to run one train, but Jeff might be right that the track isn't long enough.  I'll make a super long station just to see.
I figured out the problem.  I had it set to station when I pressed the "c" to connect the track, making two stations.  Everything works great now.  I am really impressed by this program.  Gotta love 90 degree lift hills.
this happened to me too.  did you make the station and then connect it to another piece of track?  if so then try deleating the station and leaving the connection.  the connection should end up as the station and you should be able to run the coaster.
