From the blog post:
“It’s unlike anything that exists today.” Bob said. “From the second you arrive, you will become a part of a Star Wars story! You’ll immediately become a citizen of the galaxy and experience all that entails, including dressing up in the proper attire. Once you leave Earth, you will discover a starship alive with characters, stories, and adventures that unfold all around you. It is 100% immersive, and the story will touch every single minute of your day, and it will culminate in a unique journey for every person who visits.”

Here we go. Time to stamp money.
I was never into that sort of thing, but I am excited to experience that. I notice a lot of the general population/star wars fans are posting a lot about it on Facebook. "Who's going with us?" "Who's interested?" Posts like that along with the link to the star wars hotel.
Count me among the disinterested. I'll return to my quiet, non-cosplay-centric hotel and relax away from the stimulating sights/sounds/smells I've been exposed to most of the day already.
If you get crazy good service with it, I'd try it, and I live two miles from where they would presumably build it.

Yeah but if you got really annoyed by the experience you could just drive home and change into your street clothes.
Count me in the with group of people who would have zero interest in this. Not a huge fan of Star Wars but I can't think of any interest of mine that would draw me to this type of experience. I am sure there are large number of people who will totally love this experience. Presumably some of the people I saw with Avatar tails and ears walking around Animal Kingdom would be interested in something like this.
In ten years when the first batch of reservations have been satisfied and they open it up to everyone else, I'll tell you how it is.
My take: It's like Westworld, but with people. Maybe. Who knows what WDI has been up to. The new narrative indeed.
But, I would totally try this. Sounds like fun.
I really, REALLY wish it were like Westworld. But, it's Disney.
I'm not even sure it will be part of the Disney Collection. Maybe, but...if so, it's going to be eye-popping.
