Has any coaster got a "Cobra Roll" element within its track.?
No, the only inversions that I can think of on stand-ups are Vertical Loops, Flat Spins, Incline Loops and Diving Loops. In fact I can't think of a standup coaster with a compound inversion of any kind.
Jeremy G,
So why not build one with a Cobra Roll etc, or whould the Gs be 2 much to handle.
Forgot about the simple corkscrew. I also seem to remember seeing a stand up somewhere with an inline twist. Id like to see a cobra roll or a sea serpent some time.

I think the only way to expand stand-ups is to make them smaller. This way, the G's won't hurt, and you can go with more inversions.

DOWN WITH TRIM BRAKES!
Isn't there a coaster in Florida that has a cobra roll element? I can't think of the name. It's at some Disney Park. A newer park. Something Islands. I can't remember.

Ice Dragon at Islands of Adventure has a cobra roll, Coastefreakbailes. But it is not a stand up, it's inverted.
I think that Riddler's Revenge is the best of all the Stand Up's. No pain is inflicted while riding this great coaster. Iron Wolf is a completely different story. The G's are intense.

If Riddler's doesn't inflict pain, it will probably be in my Top 10.

DOWN WITH TRIM BRAKES!
"...I also seem to remember seeing a stand up somewhere with an inline twist."
Would'nt an inline twist be impossible on a stander? Well not impossible, but incredibly painful. At the start of the element, your head would be about 6 feet above the track, the twist would put your head 6 feet below the track, (assuming the track's height is constant) forcing G's onto your head (shoulder restraint) during the inversion. The nearest thing to an inline twist would be a corkscrew that kept the center of gravity around the rider's waist. The track would not be at a consistant height, like it is on an inverted.
As for Riddler's Revenge, even though it is taller, and faster than Mantis, it does seem to pull less G's, making it a much more comfortable ride. I think that the plot of land that RR is on must be about twice the size as Mantis'. Making the turns and spaces between inversions wider and easier to handle. I find RR to be smoother as well. Word of warning, CraigTCF, and anyone else who has never ridden... Make sure you are standing in a comfortable position when the harnesses lock down. The ops there don't muck around with people in the wrong position. Not 2 seconds after the lock down, the train is dispached.

Gotta ride 'em all!
In fact, there is a stand-up with an in-line twist. It is Shockwave at Drayton Manor in the UK.

I believe that there is an inline twist on Chang at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom. I'm pretty sure I remember it having one towards the end but I'm not entirely sure about that.

Riddler's Revenge is a comfortible ride. It does not have alot of g's even on the huge first drop. You will get airtime on this ride though. It is werid going trough the huge loops standing though. If you go on this ride hit it first when the park opens. It probibly is the best ride there. If you like wood , go to colousus in the morning.

RIDDLER'S REVENGE: THE MOST UNDERRATED RIDE IN THE WORLD!
oh P.S. don't check out a loker for that ride even if they tell you, they have free lockers up on the station.
I think Chang has a vertical loop, a diving loop, an incline loop, and two corkscrews. Similar to Mantis with an extra corkscrew.

PT300 & pkite87, I believe those are corkscrews, not inline twists. In an inline twist, the track remains level and the train rotates around the track, I think the way a "zero g roll" does on Raptor.
http://www.rcdb.com/rcdb.dll/installationgallery1.htm?Picture=4 I could be wrong, though.

I know what an in-line twist is, I just thought there was an in-line twist in there but I think you might be right PT300, just an extra corkscrew on a ride similar to Mantis.

I don't know. If you go to the link that I posted, got to Shockwave and then picture one. Also the facts say on the site 2 corkscrews, one loop, and one in-line spiral. I'm just going by their site, so I don't know for sure.

Well I can settle this as I rode Chang less than a month ago. The layout is similar to Mantis with three notable exceptions.
1. Taller
2. An extra flatspin/corkscrew (not an inline twist)
3. No trims (just the midcourse block)
I assume the 'in line spiral' is just the diving loop (VERY cool in the front row =])
I know stand-ups have diving loops, but are there any Immelmans(sp)?
PT300 is right, the 7-UP shockwave at Drayton Manor has a zero-g roll (inline twist)
