Ya know I always found it funny how that carnivals oversea's(Mainly Germany) never put up gates and fences around the rides. And how people actually have common sense not to go up to a ride while it is running. I heard that their rules go like this, If you pass the saftey red stop line and you get hurt its your fault. Then when you look how things are over here in the US, it just amaze's me.
