SRM with little ones?

With my kids, 9PM or so is really getting to be nighty-night time. They're still too young (by about 20 years ;)) to be staying in a hotel room by themselves. We've pushed bedtime later from time to time, but not nights before we spend 7 hours driving!

Last year they asked us if we preferred the *family side* or the *not-so-family side* of the campground. They had the pool and the playground, but WE had the marshmallows at 2am...:).
