Last time I went to Universal (the actual studio, not the theme park portion), I got to tour Amblin Entertainment, Steven's own production company. Man was that cool. The place is this great adobe building that incorporates courtyards and wandering hallways, all chock-a-block with memorabilia and awards from many of his movies. And I got to sit in his personal screening theater . . . though I did turn down the offer to grab a candy from his concession stand (thought it was a bit presumptious).
Spielberg has always had a special connection or alliance with Universal. Dreamworks sits right on the Universal lot, also.

WOW! That's a lot of money. I knew he had something to do with attraction creation at the parks, but I never though that he made that much from it.
