Wow, check out that video. Can you believe how fast it hits the brake run? It's like a mouse ride for grown ups.
Its *awesome* JEFF!

Really intense ride, definately 1 to repeat ride - but way too intense for anyone to attempt a marathon on...! Mr Bannister has promised a trip report later! LOL

Wow, the first verse verse of the Coldplay song "Speed of Sound" fit absolutely perfectly. Great choice of song and the ride looks like a lot of fun as well.
- I was trying to think of a song for it, typed in 'speed' and thats what came up 1st! Listened to it over & over, all the 6hr drive there & back. Almost matches word for word to, most of the way through the clip! - see the flash on the car on the bit about light?! Even the noise of the ride seems to sound good with it...

Anyway, it was either that or 2 Unlimited! LOL*** This post was edited by colin mcwilliam 4/7/2006 2:44:53 PM ***

Holy fricken airtime! Is it just me, or are the top wheels not on the track over the second hill?

Sure looks like it... the air time on that hill is out of this world.
It's nice up there, but what about when you come back down. A little bump I would think.
wow. that is an impressive ride, and that airtime looks INSANE.

Wow, I'm surprised some enthusiass hasn't chimed in with "But...those are Goliath colors!" LOL!

Looks like a great ride!

That ride looks awesome! We need some of those over here in America. Are there any here?
How did the otsr feel over the camel hill ? And how comfortable was the seats in the 90 deg. lift ? Ultra twister was ok when the lift was 90 deg. but being tall I find chance toboggans uncomfortable.

Not yet, Blink...but one's coming ;)
Its really weird being on your back going up the lift & I'd love to see the evac proceedure from that position (there's a platform goes up & down the side of the tower, but just releasing the restraints & sitting up would be a challenge!)- OTSR's are fine, comfortable, they get you through the inline better than, say, Thorpe's Colossus does...

I said at the time that helix feels like a mini-goliath! There's a shot with the wheels clearly off the track, probing roughness questions. - Its an intense ride, but I didn't notice any banging at all...

Justin has put the ECC pics online to, at www.coasterclub.org

WOW. That ending sure puts CP's Wildcat "arms out - quick stop!" to shame.

As I've said before, I can't wait for the American ones(s)

I had almost forgotten about this ride, and to see it done, and seemingly crushing original expectations, (at least it looks that way on video), is really cool. Great looking ride! The speed on that second hill looks crazy, and the stop...Josh hit on the head.
What is the Top Speed for this little firecracker? It looks really cool but I doubt that any major theme park in the U.S could really install this and not have a horrible capacity, a smaller park like Wild Adventures in Valdosta Ga. would be a perfect site for something like this. I still can't get over actually seeing the wheels off the track over that camel back, WOW!*** This post was edited by Magicmike 4/11/2006 3:11:44 PM ***
But, but... THOSE ARE GOLIATH COLORS!!!!!111!1111!!

And, and SPEED is a ride at Las Vegas!!!

Happy now Moosh? :D
