Speed debuts at Oakwood

The new Speed attraction at Oakwood in Pembrokeshire, which has the first "beyond vertical" drop in the UK, was given a special preview launch yesterday, ahead of the park's summer opening next Thursday.

That drop will probably be more painful than it would be thrilling. That 97 degree drop will deffinity give you major whip lash. Ouch!!!:(:):(:):(

Considering that this isn't the first one in the world, and the other one hasn't snapped any necks, I'm sure everything is just fine with it.

I rode it yesterday. It's a very good ride.

The air time on the first hill is absolutely insane.

Ah! Another place I recognised your name from! LOL - Was indeed a great day! I *do not* have to work today! Put a vid & few pics online from yesterday (includes pics of Mr Bannister before his dash to the canteen!) - feeling any better yet? ;-) LOL
