Speed Control in NL

The other day I discovered that by pressing the + or - buttons you can control the time rate speed in the game, so if your on a slow and boring ride you can spice it up by pressing + or if the rides is going way too fast you can slow it down by pressing -. The time rate speeds can range from 25%-400% and the rate is displayed on the screen when you adjust it.
