So there are fall protection issues on the outside of the ride, so the inside has to be shut down. On a Saturday morning. Why does this smell like a CalDOSH enforcement officer being a jerk?

A DOSH inspector being a jerk? You mean like camping outside my business for three days waiting for one of my people to slip up?Like demanding a manufacturer's operations and maintenance manual for a machine that was built in 1890, and the builder who died in the 1950's? Nah, couldn't be.
