Southern Ohio Screech Fest at Lesourdville Lake

I am posting this for Sean Flaharty since he will be out of the country.

American Coaster Enthusiasts Southern Ohio Screech Fest at Lesourdville Lake Sat. Aug. 10

LeSourdsville Lake Amusement Park, formerly Americana, is going to have a celebration to honor the 75th birthday of The Screechin’ Eagle wooden coaster, and you are invited to attend!! With LeSourdsville Lake reopening its doors again after a 2 year hiatus, this would seem to be the perfect time to experience what the park has to offer as well as joining in the celebration that is sure to be one fantastic day during this first official Southern Ohio Regional ACE event! Not only has the park retracked a large portion of this wooden wonder, but there are many new rides to be experienced as well. Your $26 fee for the event includes admission to the park, as well as a picnic and late night ERT after the park closes. Don’t miss your chance to ride the Screechin’ Eagle at night!

Tentative Itinerary

12:00pm - 1:30pm --- Registration at the front gate

3:00pm – 4:00pm --- Time to eat! Enjoy a tasty picnic with Hamburger and Hot Dogs, (with baked beans and a roll), soft drinks, potato chips, and ice cream for desert.

10:00pm-11:00pm --- Nighttime Exclusive Ride Time on The Screechin’ Eagle (weather permitting)!! This ride time could be extended to midnight or longer depending on the crowd and nature of the event. The park is also going to give us ERT on at least one other ride (yet to be determined) during this time.

Advanced registration (postmarked by August 1st) $26 for ACE members. $30 for non-members

Late registration (after August 1st) $ 30 for ACE members. $35 for non-members
