South Central USA trip?

I am starting to plan my 2007 vacation, which will be centered around Oklahoma City, OK. I am definately planning on SFOT, and possibly Frontier City, but was wondering about the other parks "in the area" IE within a 6hr drive. There aren't many Trip Reports on these parks, so I'm asking. I prefer steel coasters, and love flat rides. I usually travel as cheap as possible and will have a cedar fair pass.

Choices:
Silver Dollar City/Celebration City
Magic Springs/Crystal Falls
Worlds of Fun
SFFT/Sea World (a little far, but an option. My sister would love it if she can come.)

Any thoughts, especially from those who have been to 2 or 3 of them?

I highly suggest SFFT, Sea World and Schlitterbahn. SFFT is perhaps the best SF out there, I actually enjoyed SWSA more then SWO and Schlitterbahn is by far the best waterpark in the country. If you can I suggest two days at the Bahn, one at SFFT and one at Sea World.

2025 Trips: Universal Orlando, Disneyland Resort, Knotts, Dollywood, Silver Dollar City, Cedar Point, Kings Island, Canada’s Wonderland, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Sea World Orlando, Discovery Cove, Magic Kingdom

I've been to all of them bar Sea World Texas.

Silver Dollar City/Celebration City is your best bet without question. SDC has two *stunning* steel coasters in Powder Keg and Wildfire, and a very good mine train. Celebration City can be hit in a few hours but allow a day and a half to appreciate Silver Dollar City properly.

My trip reports from all of the above parks can be found here -

A .44? What are you talking about.

In THE "South Central" you would be terribly out gunned if all you had was a .44.

"Yes... well... VICTORY IS MINE!"
Might not have to plan on getting Frontier City coasterb. Has anyone heard of an offer for it yet?

I survived a Japanese typhoon and the Togo flat ride of death!!!!!!
