Why would they get a new coaster with generally the same color scheme as another one in the park, esspecially with the fact that they're really close?
And I never got the connection between the coaster Ghostrider and the movie. The coaster is an old western theme and the movie is based off of a comic that has nothing to do with westerns. So why connect them? *** Edited 3/9/2007 6:50:43 AM UTC by Lee Grant***
Also at CP, Iron Dragon and TTD have a very similar color scheme and are very close as well, not sure why. *** Edited 3/9/2007 10:03:22 AM UTC by P18***
Iron Dragon does look similar, but its supports are much more orange than Top Thrill Dragster's goldish/yellow tower.
It's not a big deal when you can clearly tell the difference between the two rides.
And of course the park will try to get a little publicity when a new movie shares the name with their woodies, even if the coaster is named after a country song.
