SoCal round-up includes news from Castle Park

Six Flags Magic Mountain is continuing its work around X and Deja Vu. Fences are going up around the rides and testing of X appears to be continuing after hours.
Castle Park is also moving forward, installing their first S&S tower, a double shot. The footer has been poured and a ride op house is being constructed.
A Universal Studios update has been included, and the park doesn't seem to be doing much other than the closing most of the smaller shows in favor of character meet 'n' greet locations. They have also closed The World of Cinemagic attraction.

Now all Castle Park needs is a CCI! (or a good Miler like the other park around the corner from Castle!)

I dont think Castle will see a CCI. But there ARE other makers of wooden coasters. ;)

I might be able to get to SoCal next summer. But I don't know if my friend is into rollercoasters.
