SOB Question

Yeah, I'm 6' 1" and more of than legs than anything else. I've ridden each of my 3 times in the front of the respective car (7.1 twice, 1.1 once). Granted, that piece of wood they added this year under the feet *does* make the spacing 'awkward'. But I had no problem with the bar causing me pain.

Now I'll agree that the Screamin Eagle was MUCH more brutal than BOSS. However, Screamin Eagle *would* make my top 15 (maybe top 10). Personally, I prefer a coaster that tosses one about a bit (hence, my infatuation with The Legend).

As for Papa Beast..*YAWN* Wake me when we get to the helix :)

I LOVE SOB!!!!!!!!!! it is my 2nd fav coaster.  # 3 is the boss.  # 1 is shivering timbers.  But the boss bruised me big time only beacause of the lap bars.  Your right about sonny though no leg room in any car.  I've riden in the front seat on sob and the very back, I've found that the back is almost unbearable, and I can  usally take one hell of a beating.  I will never sit in the back on sob.  However I will sit in the back on shivering timbers.

That spot you talk about on the Boss is QUITE bad... but last year, it was worse. I'm pretty sure they did some work there last off-season. It is just too fast there for a flat turn... some banking might help...

As for SOB - the vibrations got to me, but I rode it several times so it must not have been that bad. (in the 2nd seat of a car - not over the wheels - it was much smoother)
