So what IS up with V2 @ SFMW?
I'm sure you all remember SF.com claiming something big was happening to V2 at SFMW. Well I was just looking at that site, and they have it updated for the 2002 season. It says nothing about V2. So, what happend? Does anyone know?

well if I use all my knowledge(which aint a whole lot) to dechiper that, it means its getting a twisted back spike , because it specicically mentions backwards, and two prepositions that describe both directions of the coasters, but then it only has one which is twisting so that makes it apply to both prepositions , which means that it is twisting in both directions of the coaster( i have no idea what i just said lol)
so in other words its getting a back spike to make up for the bad design of the lim on the back of the straight spike
i think six flags may have went to Intamin, because it was unoperational so much(the lim)
And Intamin said that they would replace the back spike with a twisted one free of charge, and ya never know they might do that to sfgam and the other one which i forget where it is
Well this is what is going to happen, the front twisting spike is going to be tilted outward so V2 will be looking like this 1_______/ the back spike is going to be shortened by 30 feet and the ride itself is going to be slower. This change is being enforced by the City of Vallejo. I wish the can keep the thing the way it is. But no, Vallejo had to cry and complain and now the city got its way. This sucks a lot people. :(
