So do we through out RCT

I don't know if anyone has asked but is there any need to keep Roller Coaster Tycoon (the first version)

That's up to you. I never completed all the scenarios in the expansion packs, so yes, I'll keep the first RCT.

Also, RCT2 doesn't run very well on my laptop -- slow and crashes, even though the laptop is still "fairly" powerful -- (750 MHz Pentium III, 512MB RAM; I suspect the crappy ATI Rage IX graphic chip is the real problem) The first RCT runs just fine, so I'm using that on my laptop and RCT2 on my desktop.

I just thought I'd tell you it's throw out, I was confused by the question So do we through out RCT?

The below statement is true.
The above statement is false.

My husband was all set to dump my RCT/Loopy Landscapes from my PC (rather than dump HIS games to get some memory back), and I told him no. Same as GregLeg, I haven't finished all the scenarios on RCT and until I figure out why RCT2 is running so slowly, I will play RCT.

Hopefully the extra 128 meg I've got ordered will at least give me more than 40 minutes of consecutive play before it craps out on me.

Maybe RCTII is running so slowly because of RCTI.

Just a thought.

Alright, would someone please tell me why nobody else had Magnum XL-200 as a name? Come on look when I added this name.
