Small seats on Wicked Twister

I just went to the Point a few weeks ago to try out the Wicked Twister. I was very disappointed to find out that I could not get the Shoulder harness down enough to latch the safety belts. I have absolutely no trouble on the Raptor or the Mantis (B & M) coasters. Why are the Intamin seats so much smaller? I have no trouble on the Millennium, built by Intamin. Do others have trouble with Intamin shoulder harness seats? That is the only Intamin shoulder harness coaster that I have attempted to ride. How are the seats on the X? The same as other Arrow Dynamics seats I hope?
I can't fit into wicked twister seats either. I find this odd because I have no problem with S:UE or Volcano seats.
Thanks, at least I'm not the only one.

My husband doesn't fit into WT seats either. He's 6'5" and the problem seems to be in his shoulders...something he can't do anything about. He is snug in Raptor, but not painful. He BARELY fit into the seats for Tomb Raider ( I pushed on the restraint so he could buckle the belt), and did end up with a mark on the tops of his shoulders after our two rides. He can fit into about any ride with lap bars.

Yeah Intamin Impulse coasters seem to have smaller seats like that. Such is the case with S:UE and V2. I have noticed it as well though I fit fine. I have also heard complaints about how high you literally have to JUMP to get into the seats since there is no lowering floor.

Off to CP in August, first to IB in late June though!! YEA!!!! :-D It will be a good summer!

The "jump" to the seats isn't too bad. I'm only 5'4" and I can climb in pretty easily. You'd have to be much shorter than I am to have to "jump"
