Small Disney investors will have little influence on Disney buy

There's only so much that individual shareholders can do regarding take-over bids for Disney. It will be the major institutional shareholders -- mutual-fund companies, pension funds and other big companies -- controlling the company's fate. Those large stakeholders will pressure both sides in the Disney-Comcast fight and will cast their votes -- one share, one vote -- for the best deal they can get.
