Size of TTD seats/seatbelts?

I thought I had read in a previous post that TTD seats were a bit "deeper" than MF...I was wondering if the seatbelt size was about the same as MF? Has anyone been able to ride MF but not TTD?

I didn't notice a difference in seat depth, but the lap bar is positioned up a little higher (I think) so that could cause a feeling of a deaper seat.....

As for the Seatbelts... they seem to be at least as long as Mill Force's maybe even a little longer... (I think they seemed a little easier to couple)

As for seat height I thought the extended headrests on the trains were a little shorter than Xcel's ... maybe it was just me...

Hope this helps...

I think Intamin hyper/giga trains have the oddest seatbelt design.. I wouldnt say they are too short or whatnot, but that bar is in the way to get it in easily such like PTC trains or other rides that require belts. Poor belt design IMO.. Maybe they should make the part that you connect it into higher for easier access. They are just tricky to move around ;)

I wasn't paying much attention to seat depth, but i will say that the seat belts are shorter than MF. I had a hard time getting the seat belt on and im not huge by no means. Let's just say you have to be in advridge shape to ride TTD. If you are realy big around the belly, trust me you wont ride.
I completely disagree with people saying if your are big you can't ride TTD. My husband and I rode TTD last weekend. My husband is a big guy -- 250 lbs -- and most of his weight problem is concentrated in his stomach area. He didn't have the slightest problem with the seat belt. I don't think it was roomy for him, but it wasn't difficult to put on either. He had no problem riding. I really think how you fit into those seats and restraints depends on how you're proportioned. That's just my opinion, though. My advice would be to definitely try out the test seat before waiting in that line!
If you fit on MF, you will fit on TTD. To me the seatbelts are the same. Just long enough to fit around my big belly.
