Six Flags Tally

I haven't kept up with what's going on with Six Flags. So they have announced Superman Tower of Power at SFoT and the remaming of Visionland to SF New Orleans. What else is SF installing or moving around at thier parks?

Well SFGrAdv is getting the B&M Flyer, and its JAzzland thats being renamed not Visionland, SFMM has just annoucned their B&M Floorless, SFAW is removing the TEXAS Tornado, SFGAM is getting a B&M Flyer and the rest of the praks w haven't heard anything yet

I thought Visionland was in AL and owned by Proparks. Am I right?

they finally decided on SFNO, huh? I was really hoping for something with a little more "style"...

actually, I think Visionalnd will be under a new name too, but that's not *SF* news...first rides on Rampage this year, hopefully...;)

I bet you $1 I will have first rides on Rampage next year.

Anyway I should be working there so it could be cheating.

sorry, I didn't mean THE first, I meant MY first....amazing considering the number of CCI's I've ridden, and the closest to me, Hurricane in MB and Rampage, are two I haven't ridden...weird. Guess we don't live in the 1900's anymore, lol....

If I'm not mistaken, SFGAm's ride was never "officially announced" either, we just know because of the track in the parking lot which is flyer track and it has the same colors as SFOG's Superman coaster. While I guess it could turn out to be a floorless or something I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt it, it actually doesn't even cross my mind so we kind of automatically "confirm" it.

When did the lumpy72 ever ask for what is confirmed for next year? All he wanted to know is what is being "installed." To break it down:

-SFGAm: B&M flying coaster (as yet unannounced)
-SFGAdv: B&M flying coaster ("Superman Ultimate Flight")
-SFMM: B&M floorless coaster ("Scream")
-SFNO: (renaming from Jazzland with relocted "Batman" clone "Gambit" and rumored relocation of Joker's Revenge from SFFT)
-SFKK: Rumored relocation of "Viper" from SFoG
-SFoT: S&S Tower "Superman Tower of Power"
-SFAW: Removal of Texas Tornado

Did I miss any?

Anyway you should try to get there, get in the back row and stay all day. Everyone else do that too. Maybe you can see me lurking around the park somewhere.

Well, I'll let *the Draegs* determine "staus", lol, but I'll "chip in" with WW/EV's S&S woodie, and Celebration City's new woodie....Rampage is leaving the mothballs behind to give the US folks a shot at "MegaFobia West". Since the NM Rattler just opened, you *could* count that as "new for '03" I guess....

...and isn't the USF coaster in Kong somewhere between "speculation" and "rumor"....it *appears* that Scorpion King is the theme that never was, and that "I Want My Mummy" may turn out to be the theme...

as I think of more, I'll revisit....
